The proxy pools are identical. 'Per GB' billing is based on traffic consumption (ideal for low-bandwidth requests), while 'Per Thread' billing is based on concurrency (ideal for high-bandwidth/unlimited traffic needs).

What are differences between per GB and per Thread for Scraping Proxies?

The proxies pool are totally same for both, they are just with different pricing modes, per GB is charged according to the network traffic consumption, while per Thread is charged based on concurrent threads used.

Does Scraping Proxies support sticky session?

Yes. Scraping Proxies rotate IP on every request as default. For sticky sessions (1-30 mins), please choose the residential pool when generating proxies.

They are both residential IP pool, however the Premium Residential Proxies has a much larger proxy pool with 100M+ IPs, while Unmetered Residential Proxies is with 1M+ IP pool only, here are some detailed differences:

- Premium Residential Proxies is able to geo-targeting to many countries, while Unmetered Residential Proxies is only able to target to one country per order;
- Premium Residential Proxies is able to change outbound IP for every request, or with sticky session between 1-30 minutes;
- Unmetered Residential Proxies is not able to change outbound IP for every request, it is always with sticky session between 3-30 minutes;

How do you calculate the traffic consumption?

We calculate the traffic consumption for both inbound and outbound network traffic by through our proxy network.

What is the refund policy?

All our products are refundable, except if you purchased any 'Trial-Only' plan - which is non-refundable :

Please note that clients may only be eligible for a refund if they meet all of these requirements:

- A request for refund is submitted within 3 (three) calendar days of the date of the first transaction for the plans;
- You have not used more than 20% of the traffic for products based on traffic consumption;
- You have not previously claimed a refund for the same product category;

Refunds are handled manually, and we usually respond within 2-3 business days, but we calculate the time starting from receiving your request.
